Since 2008, Spirit Industries has been certified as an accredited ASME fabrication facility with "U" and "R" stamping capabilities and maintains a Louisiana State Contractor License in Heavy Construction. Spirit's welding procedures are certified through ASME Sec. IX, B31.3, API 1104, and AWS D1.1. Since 2012, Spirit has also qualified for DNV 2.7-1 and 2.7-3 fabrication.
Our six acre fabrication facility is complete with a primary 60’ x 205' fabrication shop with (4) 10-ton and (1) 3-ton overhead cranes.
Our secondary fabrication shop is 40' x 80'. We also have blasting and painting buildings for in house coating.
Our fabrication experience and capabilities are not limited to ASME pressure vessels. We have fabricated numerous production packages, water treatment components, metering skids, spool piping, flow lines, and structural steel skids of varying sizes and types. We have built many high spec and high profile projects with third party certifying entities.
