Low Pressure Heater Treater

Heater treaters are used in the Oil and Gas industry to help facilitate separation by speeding up emulsions separation through applying heat.

They separate gas from incoming oil/emulsion, creating water phase on one side of heater while turning other half into greasy sludge that can be reclaim filtered or processed for fuel usage - similar concept as solvent based processors but much faster!

Over thirty of these packages were built for land based operations in Texas. Multiple units were built simultaneously to facilitate our customer’s delivery needs.
