Deck

Building decks for use offshore is a systematic process because electric cables and testing equipment may need to be outfitted to the unit.

The construction of the deck is an immense and complex process that involves installing production equipment on various decks.

To do this in sequence, as different rooms are fabricated with their respective electrical/mechanical components for installation amongst other things such as module compartments or HVAC systems, then these must all be installed at once so they can work together seamlessly without any interference from one another.

This deck was built and installed at a local service company facility to simulate training for offshore locations. The customer was very pleased with the on time delivery and superior quality.
